Acceptance

By using Marketleaf (marketleaf.com), subscribing to the newsletter, or otherwise accessing the publication's material, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site and the material

Marketleaf is an editorial publication covering the AI marketing trade. The articles, lists, glossaries, reference pages, and newsletter issues that appear on the site are produced by the publication's named contributors and the editorial team. The material is provided for informational purposes. It is not professional, legal, financial, or business advice. You should not rely on a Marketleaf article as the sole basis for a budget, hiring, vendor-selection, or other commercial decision.

Permitted use

You may read Marketleaf articles on the site, link to them, and quote short passages with attribution in your own work. You may forward newsletter issues to colleagues. You may not republish full articles, reproduce them inside paywalled products, or repackage them as a derivative publication without prior written permission. For licensing, syndication, or republication requests, write to the editorial address.

Citation

When citing Marketleaf, please use the form "Marketleaf (Title of Article)" with a link to the canonical URL on marketleaf.com. We appreciate the citation.

Newsletter and subscriptions

The Marketleaf newsletter is free. By subscribing, you authorize us to send you the weekly issue and occasional editorial notes. You may unsubscribe at any time from the link in any issue. We do not sell, rent, or share the subscriber list with third parties. The publication's privacy commitments are set out in full on the privacy page.

User submissions

If you submit a tip, a pitch, a correction request, or other correspondence to the editorial desk, you grant Marketleaf the right to read the submission, evaluate it for coverage, and (where appropriate) cite it in published material with the source treatment you have agreed to with the editor. We treat on-background tips per the editorial guidelines.

No warranty

The site and the material are provided "as is." We make a serious effort to verify the facts in our coverage and to correct errors. We do not warrant that the material is complete, accurate at all points in time, or fit for a particular purpose. Marketleaf, its contributors, and its operating entity are not liable for losses, decisions, or outcomes resulting from reliance on the material.

Third-party links

Marketleaf articles link to third-party sites — vendor product pages, primary sources, regulator filings, the publications we cite. We do not control the linked sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Corrections and complaints

If you find a factual error in a Marketleaf piece, write to corrections@marketleaf.com. We correct factual errors inline and note the correction at the foot of the article. Editorial complaints are read by the contributors named on the masthead.

Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes are noted in the "last updated" date at the top of the page and called out in the next newsletter issue. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.

Governing terms

These terms are governed by the law of the operating entity's jurisdiction. Disputes that cannot be resolved by correspondence with the editorial desk will be addressed in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
